After placing your order, you will receive two emails: a confirmation email, and then your tickets. There may be a few days between the two.

Payment: Was the charge successfully processed on your payment method? Exchange or refund: During your purchase, you agreed to our terms and conditions, which state that no exchanges or refunds will be issued, so we will not respond to your request. We will only consider your request upon presentation of a medical certificate, before the date of the event.

A special bus will depart from Villars station at 05:20 towards Aigle, providing festival-goers without accommodation in the area a way to return to the lowlands and catch their connections to Lausanne and Martigny. To take advantage of this service, make sure to leave the festival by 04:15 at the latest.

The festival is accessible only to individuals aged 18 and over, including for the Saturday brunch.

The festival is happening on the ski slopes at an altitude of 1600 meters. You should be dressed consequently. It is strictly forbidden to go down the slopes after 5 pm. The only means of transport is the rack railway provided by the organizers. The festival declines any responsibilities if rules were to be not respected.
