If you have any questions about your ticket, here are a few things to check:
After placing your order, you will receive two emails: a confirmation email, and then your tickets. There may be a few days between the two.
Spam: Sometimes our emails end up there, so please check.
Payment: Was the charge successfully processed on your payment method?
Exchange or refund: During your purchase, you agreed to our terms and conditions, which state that no exchanges or refunds will be issued, so we will not respond to your request. We will only consider your request upon presentation of a medical certificate, before the date of the event.
